On March 14, 2005, the LaceIT X640 LSO was officially classified as a K-0640 by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The X640 provides three components in one LSO, offering true mechanical advantage compression. The patent pending two-pull design provides inferior and superior control, enabling the orthosis to conform comfortably to patient anatomy. The prefabricated orthosis is available in six sizes in Standard and Low Profile models for a custom fit.
