Knit-Rite Introduces Resolve MRI-Compatible Halo System

The Problem: Traditional titanium halo systems are no longer functional with today's more powerful MRIs. Incidents of arcing, vibration, and burning have been reported when patients underwent MRI treatment while in a titanium halo system.

The Resolution: Resolve--The first halo system developed completely with electronically non-conductive materials, compatible with all high-speed MRIs, that still maintains the integrity and strength of the halo apparatus, providing safety and image quality.

The keystone is the glass ring, combined with unique ceramic-tipped "fat" halo pins. These unique, non-conductive materials allows for the Jerome Halo system to meet L-0859 code requirements for MRI-compatible halo componentry.
