S.W.A.S.H. from SPS Improves Sitting, Standing

The unique S.W.A.S.H.^® (Sitting Walking And Standing Hip) orthosis, available from SPS, utilizes a complex angular structure engineered to maintain good hip alignment.

While standing or walking,S.W.A.S.H provides enough abduction to prevent scissoring and medial femoral rotation.

As the hips are flexed into the sitting position, S.W.A.S.H. automatically abducts the hips into a tripod base for enhanced sitting stability, creating an upright posture.
