AkosTF, exclusively distributed in the US by SPS, is designed without a cover to provide the most intimate fit with the residual limb possible for transfemoral amputees. An exterior glazing, with a very low coefficient of friction, provides sufficient lubrication to allow the liner to roll easily up and down upon itself.
