SPS has immediate availability of the S.W.A.S.H.® (Sitting Walking And Standing Hip) orthosis. This unique orthosis uses a complex angular structure engineered to maintain good hip alignment, with the uprights following the pathways of femur motion.

While standing or walking, S.W.A.S.H. provides enough abduction to prevent scissoring and medial femoral rotation. As the hips are flexed into the sitting position, S.W.A.S.H. automatically abducts the hips into a tripod base for enhanced stability.
