Prosthetic Design Introduces the SideWinder

The SideWinder™ is an evolutionary lock with an integrated lanyard and retraction storage system designed to help the patient don the socket. The SideWinder differs from the traditional suspension lock in that it attaches to the silicone liner with the lanyard rather than a plunger pin. The internal design of the SideWinder provides automatic retraction and storage of the lanyard, with only an additional 1/4 in. added to the profile.
