OrthoMODEL 2013

Delcam's easier-to-use OrthoMODEL 2013 has new developments specifically for accommodative orthotics, which will benefit practitioners and laboratories that support patients with diabetes and clients who need comfort insoles produced from EVA or similar softer materials. The orthotic can be created from the prescription as it is input. Sculpting, cuts, and additions, such as depressions for relief of ulcerated regions, can be added at any stage. With the new "real-time" design, the complete orthotic can be visualized and modified in real time so the practitioner or laboratory can approve the generated shape before it is sent for manufacturing.
