Cut-4-Custom: Custom TLSO in Less Than an Hour
Allard USA incorporates its versatile 3D-Lite low-temperature thermoplastic into a line of pre-cut TLSOs and LSOs, called Cut-4-Custom (C4C). Front and back sections have straps pre-attached. Both sections are ready to be heated and custom-molded to the patient. Four heights accommodate the prescription and patient anatomy. 3D-Lite becomes soft and is ready to mold to patient contours in less than ten minutes. This innovative material may be re-heated, flattened, and re-molded. It is aerated for breathability and is lightweight, non-toxic, and may be worn in the shower.

Ease and Security with Syncor’s Durasleeve EZ
We asked prosthetists what their clients needed. They said a durable, economical sleeve for transtibial suspension that was comfortable and easily applied yet secure. In response, Syncor's research team developed the Durasleeve EZ, an air-tight, hypobaric suction environment that provides virtually fail-safe suction.
The Durasleeve EZ is pre-flexed with no bunching, increasing comfort while making it less obtrusive. This also eliminates seams, reducing pressure on the patella. Torsion Receiver: A New Turn for Fusion & DuraLite Feet
A new proximal adapter option is now available for the Fusion™ and DuraLite™ feet. The new Torsion Receiver mounts on top of the Fusion or DuraLite shank and requires no drilling. The proximal end is a pyramid receiver. A sense of natural movement is attributed to the 24 degrees internal rotation and 24 degrees external rotation. It is this rotation that lets wearers turn, or rotate in or out, just as they do on their sound side. Additionally, clinicians may adjust the stiffness of the Torsion Receiver to one of six levels.

Pyramid PYR-SL-R-TI from Prosthetic Design
The Pyramid PYR-SL-R-TI is the newest addition to Prosthetic Design's Pyramid line. It features a 12.7mm (1/2) slide off center, with closed ends on the base and offer 360 degrees of rotation, and a low, 16.25mm profile. The PYR-SL-R-TI is manufactured of titanium and is compatible with the European 4-hole pattern. The rotation is locked into place by tightening the 4 adjustment set screws on the interfacing component, similar to PDI's PR-SL-R-TI. Rotation is positively controlled in 3 degree increments with the use of interfacing radial serrations. The slide is locked at the same time the 4 adjustment set screws of the interfacing component are tightened.
