Dycor—Renewing Independent Lifestyles with Partial Foot Prostheses

Dycor's toe-filler (L-5000) and ankle-height (L-5010)partial foot prostheses incorporate custom silicone liners (L-5681) and advanced composite sockets (L-5629). A flexible keel can be extended from the socket into the forefoot (L-5972). Low-definition protective covers (L-5962) are available in tan or brown and made from urethane or silicone.

Pyramid PYR-SL-R-TI from Prosthetic Design

The Pyramid PYR-SL-R-TI is the newest addition to Prosthetic Design's Pyramid line. It features a 12.7mm (1/2) slide off center, with closed ends on the base and offers 360 degrees of rotation, and a low, 16.25mm profile. The PYR-SL-R-TI is manufactured of titanium and is compatible with the European 4-hole pattern. The rotation is locked into place by tightening the 4 adjustment set screws on the interfacing component, similar to PDI's PR-SL-R-TI. Rotation is positively controlled in 3 degree increments with the use of interfacing radial serrations. The slide is locked at the same time the 4 adjustment set screws of the interfacing component are tightened.

SPS Launches the New FC2 Ankle Joint

The new, patented, spherical-axis FC² Ankle, available at SPS, provides up to 70° of anterior-posterior range of motion thanks to its plantar/dorsiflexion-stop setscrews.
