Propel your stride to perfection with the Propulsion® PDE AFO. The PDE AFO is a custom-fabricated, dynamic response, carbon fiber AFO that stabilizes the ankle while reducing forefoot abduction/adduction. It provides proximal PTB unloading, similar to a BK prosthesis. The PDE AFO has an interchangeable dynamic posterior strut and a rigid rocker bottom footplate design to minimize midfoot stress. The ADAPT locking/cushion liner is a silicone gel liner with mineral oil embedded. The soft gel with flexible fabric allows snug fit of various contours without restriction. The liner conforms very nicely while providing comfort. It is suitable for moderate- to high-activity patients. The matrix that is built into the liner prevents distal elongation of the liner for locking application.
